Summary
This was the first study in people to test the safety of an experimental drug called ARO-ANG3, which is designed to lower unhealthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels. It involved 93 healthy volunteers and patients with high cholesterol or triglycerides. The main goal was to see how safe the drug was and how the body processed it at different doses.
