NCT ID NCT07286955
Summary
This study is testing a new training program called 'Level Up' to see if it can prevent suicide and other harmful behaviors in new soldiers. The program uses a mobile app, online lessons, and personal coaching to teach life skills like stress management and problem-solving. It will be compared to an existing Army training program to see which is more effective at keeping soldiers safe and healthy during their first year of service.
