Summary
This study aims to find better work and rest schedules for soldiers operating in hot conditions. Researchers will test healthy, active volunteers to see if missions can be completed faster than current Army guidelines allow, while still keeping people safe from heat illness and muscle fatigue. The goal is to give military leaders better information to plan successful hot-weather operations.
