Arm support study could improve stroke rehab

Summary
This study looks at how using arm support (like a cane or walker) changes the way people who have had a stroke walk. About 34 adults with stroke will walk on a special treadmill with no support, one-arm support, and two-arm support. The goal is to help physical therapists create better walking programs.
