First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at the cost and benefits of a two-week day camp for 40 children with mild to moderate weakness on one side of their body (hemiparesis) due to cerebral palsy or brain injury. In the first week, children wear a constraint on their stronger arm to encourage use of the weaker arm, and in the second week they practice using both hands together. The main goal is to measure the camp's cost, and secondary goals include improvements in daily activities.
