Can moving your arms help your legs last longer?
NCT ID NCT06467227
Summary
This study tested a new exercise approach for healthy people. Researchers wanted to see if adding arm cycling to leg cycling lets people exercise longer than using legs alone. The goal is to gather information that might later help people with lung disease who find regular exercise difficult.
