Summary
This study tested a new type of needle (cannula) designed for people with end-stage kidney failure who need regular dialysis. The goal was to see if the needle is safe and works well during treatment. Forty adults with mature fistulas took part, and researchers measured how many dialysis sessions and needle insertions were successful.
