Summary

This study tested three doses of a blood thinner called argatroban, given with standard anti-clotting drugs, in 140 people undergoing elective heart stent procedures. The goal was to see how well it prevents blood clots and bleeding compared to the usual blood thinner, heparin. Participants had stable coronary artery disease or unstable angina.
