New arabic tool aims to measure the hidden toll of diabetic foot pain
NCT ID NCT06483620
Summary
This study aims to create and test an Arabic version of a quality-of-life questionnaire for people with type 2 diabetes who have nerve damage (neuropathy) or foot ulcers. Researchers will translate the English questionnaire, check that it makes sense culturally, and then test it on 290 Arabic-speaking patients to see if it is reliable and valid. The goal is to give doctors and researchers in Arabic-speaking countries a better tool to understand how these foot complications affect patients' daily lives.
