Summary
This study will test a new type of training that uses augmented reality (AR) to help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) improve their walking and thinking at the same time. The training combines physical exercises with mental tasks, like walking while solving a puzzle. Researchers want to see if this approach is practical and helpful for 40 adults with MS who have mild to moderate thinking difficulties.
