Water workouts may soothe stubborn back pain

Summary

This study looks at three types of physical therapy for people with long-term low back pain: active exercises in water, gentle assisted movements in water, and standard land-based exercises. The goal is to see which approach best reduces pain and helps with daily activities. Twelve adults aged 18 to 65 with chronic low back pain will take part, and each therapy lasts 4 weeks with multiple supervised sessions per week.
