Could warm water pools ease Veterans' trauma?

Summary
This study is testing whether a program of warm water therapy can help veterans with PTSD. Fifty veterans will receive 16 weeks of individual therapy in a warm pool, followed by 16 weeks of group water exercise. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helps reduce PTSD symptoms, improve sleep, and enhance quality of life.
