Summary

This study tests whether Aquamin, a natural supplement made from red marine algae, can help people with mild ulcerative colitis feel better and stay in remission. About 40 adults with confirmed ulcerative colitis who are either in stable remission or have mild symptoms will take the supplement. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms, inflammation, and quality of life over time.
