Summary

This study tested a daily pill called apremilast in 203 Chinese adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Participants took either the drug or a placebo for 16 weeks. The main goal was to see if the drug could reduce psoriasis severity by at least 75%. This is a disease control study, meaning the treatment manages symptoms but does not cure the condition.
