Summary

This study is testing if the drug apremilast can reduce the number and pain of mouth ulcers in children and teenagers with Behçet's disease. For 12 weeks, 60 participants aged 2 to 18 will receive either the study drug or a placebo (inactive pill) to see which is more effective. The main goal is to see if apremilast helps clear up these painful sores and improves overall quality of life.
