Summary

This study tests whether taking Bragg apple cider vinegar before a high-carb meal can lower blood sugar spikes in healthy adults aged 20-50. Twenty-four participants will drink either vinegar or water, then have their blood drawn to measure glucose and insulin. The goal is to see if vinegar makes a difference in blood sugar control.
