Can a spoonful of vinegar tame your sugar spike?

NCT ID NCT07043478

Summary

This study aims to see if drinking Bragg apple cider vinegar helps control blood sugar levels after a high-carb meal, compared to drinking water. Researchers will recruit 24 healthy adults who have slightly elevated blood sugar or related metabolic markers. Participants will take either the vinegar or a placebo with a test meal, and their blood will be drawn to measure glucose and insulin responses over two hours.
