Scientists ask: does breakfast change how you think about food?
NCT ID NCT07257692
Summary
This study aimed to understand if a person's recent eating state—being hungry or full—affects how they answer common questionnaires about their general appetite and eating behaviors. Researchers enrolled 33 healthy adults to complete these surveys both before and after eating a standardized breakfast. The goal was to gather basic knowledge about how we measure eating psychology, not to test a treatment.
