First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether a dietary supplement called DNF-10 can help healthy adults manage their appetite and reduce emotional eating. Fifty volunteers will take either DNF-10 or a placebo for a period, then switch, so everyone gets both. Researchers will track snacking, food-related anxiety, and hunger to see if the supplement makes a difference.
