Can your phone be your coach? app aims to boost life skills for adults with FASD
NCT ID NCT06638463
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app called 'My Health Coach' can help adults with fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD) improve their quality of life and daily functioning. Researchers will enroll 200 adults with FASD and randomly assign half to use the app immediately, while the other half waits 12 weeks. The study will compare survey results from both groups to see if the app helps with self-management, well-being, and daily life skills.
