Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app that provides personalized weather-related health warnings and helps manage risk factors can reduce the chance of a second stroke. It will involve over 10,000 people who have recently had a stroke. The goal is to see if this digital tool helps patients better understand their risks and take protective actions to improve their long-term health.
