Summary

This study aims to improve a smartphone app that sends tailored messages to help people quit smoking. The app uses phone data like location and stress levels to deliver helpful tips at the right moment. Seven young adults who smoke daily will test the app for 45 days to see if it reduces their urge to smoke and is easy to use.
