Summary
This study is testing a new mobile phone app designed to help bank employees in Pakistan improve their health and prevent heart disease. For 12 weeks, one group will use the app for reminders and tips to move more and eat healthier, while another group gets basic printed health information. The goal is to see if this simple, affordable approach can help office workers build lasting healthy habits.
