Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app designed to help young adults quit vaping and using all nicotine products. Over 1,300 participants will use one of two versions of the app, which teaches skills to manage cravings and triggers for tobacco use. The main goal is to see if the app is effective in helping people quit for good, with follow-up checks over six months.
