Can a game on your phone help teens with asthma sleep better?
NCT ID NCT07029919
Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app designed to help teenagers with asthma improve their sleep. Researchers want to see if using the app for 28 days increases teens' knowledge about sleep, their confidence in improving it, and their awareness of cues to take action. The study will enroll 120 teens with asthma, aged 14-17, who will be randomly assigned to use either the full educational app or a basic version without the educational content.
