Summary

This study aims to develop a better way to help teenagers improve their daily brushing and flossing to prevent gum disease. Researchers will test a mobile health app and follow-up video calls with a dental hygienist to see if they help motivate and support 16-17 year olds in building lasting good habits. The study will involve about 25 teenagers with signs of early gum inflammation.
