Summary
This study is testing a new support program for family members who care for a loved one with dementia at home. It pairs families with a specialized nurse and gives them an app for quick expert advice. The goal is to see if this help reduces caregiver stress, improves difficult dementia symptoms, and helps people stay in their homes longer compared to usual care.
