Summary
This study is looking at whether using a specific baby sleep guidance app (Huckleberry) helps improve infant sleep and the mental health of new mothers. Researchers are enrolling 120 mothers with babies under 1 year old who receive healthcare through a specific Medicaid program. The study will use surveys to measure changes in sleep quality, maternal stress, and bonding over time.
