NCT ID NCT06967701

Summary

This study is testing a new phone app designed to help middle-aged adults with type 1 diabetes exercise more often and with more confidence. The app uses data from the person's continuous glucose monitor, along with their exercise, sleep, and mood, to provide personalized encouragement and insights. The goal is to see if this digital tool can safely help people who currently exercise less than once a week to become more active.
