Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app called DailyDose, which is designed to help adults with Type 1 diabetes manage their condition. The app tracks blood sugar, insulin, and exercise to give personalized advice on insulin doses and food, especially around workouts. Researchers want to see if using this app can help people achieve better long-term blood sugar control and spend more time in a healthy range.
