Summary
This study tested whether using a smartphone app called 'Harmony' could help people feel less stressed. Researchers enrolled 251 adults who reported feeling highly stressed and had them use the app. They measured changes in stress levels, well-being, and coping skills over 6 weeks and 12 months to see if the app made a difference.
