Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile app can help pregnant women in Nepal who have high blood pressure or diabetes. The app lets women check their blood pressure and sugar levels at home and share the results with their doctors. Researchers want to see if using this app, along with regular care, leads to better health for mothers and their babies compared to regular care alone.
