NCT ID NCT05849649

Summary

This study is testing whether a mobile app called BumptUp can help pregnant and postpartum women in rural areas get more physical activity. Researchers will compare the app to an educational brochure to see which is better at increasing activity levels. They will also check if using the app improves weight, diet, blood sugar, blood pressure, and mental health during and after pregnancy.
