Can a smartphone app ease the mental strain of pregnancy?

Summary
This study is testing whether a specially designed mobile app can improve mental wellbeing for pregnant women. About 440 participants will be randomly assigned to use either the new mental health app or a standard health app. Researchers will measure changes in resilience, stress, and symptoms of depression from early pregnancy through the first few months after birth.
