Summary
This study tested a mobile app designed to help Chinese parents of children with autism. The app provided knowledge, skills, and mindfulness training over 6 weeks. Researchers wanted to see if the app was easy to use and if it could reduce parental stress and improve well-being. 40 parents took part, and the study measured how often they used the app and their stress levels.
