Summary

This study is testing whether a sleep program from the Headspace app can help new parents who are struggling with insomnia. The 18-day program teaches techniques to improve sleep habits and calm the mind. Researchers will compare the app's effectiveness against a waitlist group to see if it improves sleep quality, stress, and anxiety for up to three months.
