Can your phone keep kidney donors healthier? new app aims to close the Follow-Up gap
NCT ID NCT03400085
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app can help people who have donated a kidney complete their required health check-ups. About 400 donors will be randomly assigned to use the app for reminders or to follow the standard process. The goal is to see if the app makes it easier for donors to submit their health updates on time at 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years after donation.
