Game on for dizziness: can a phone app beat standard therapy?
NCT ID NCT06222450
Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile game app is better than standard paper instructions at helping adults reduce dizziness caused by a mild traumatic brain injury. 68 participants will be randomly assigned to use either the app or standard methods for their daily balance and gaze exercises over 4 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in dizziness, balance, and walking ability before and after the program, and again 3 months later.
