Summary
This study tested a mobile app called EASE, designed to help people manage anxiety and depression during the COVID-19 pandemic. It focused on supporting Black, Hispanic, Latino, and American Indian adults in Texas and Oklahoma. Researchers compared the EASE app, which included COVID-19 symptom tracking and stress management tools, to a standard mindfulness app to see which was more helpful.
