Phone games and walking: a new hope for stroke recovery?
NCT ID NCT07148453
Summary
This study tested whether combining a popular brain-training phone app with regular aerobic exercise could help people recover thinking skills and improve their quality of life after a stroke. It involved 22 stroke survivors who had mild to moderate thinking problems. Researchers compared the effects of using the app and doing exercise together against standard care to see if this combined approach offered better results.
