Can your phone and a coach ease your stress? a small study investigates

NCT ID NCT07300410

Summary

This small pilot study tested whether a 4-month mental health program using a smartphone app and bi-weekly video calls with a psychologist could help adults feeling stressed. The main goal was to see if people found the program easy to use and satisfying, and if it helped reduce their distress and improve their quality of life. Twenty-five adults with elevated stress levels participated, completing questionnaires before, after, and three months following the program.
