Summary
This study tested whether using a mobile app called Undermyfork along with a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) helps people manage type 2 diabetes better than standard care. It involved 91 adults with type 2 diabetes who were not using insulin. The goal was to see if real-time glucose tracking and personalized food logging could improve blood sugar control and reduce diabetes-related stress.
