NCT ID NCT07391943
Summary
This study tested a self-help therapy app for adults whose panic disorder did not get better with standard medication or therapy. 45 participants used an app with 8 weekly lessons on managing panic, anxiety, and stress, guided by a virtual character. The goal was to see if this convenient, at-home approach could help reduce their symptoms.
