Summary

This study tested if a smartphone app could help make psychological therapy for fibromyalgia more personal and effective. Researchers worked with 36 people who have fibromyalgia to see if the app could track their progress during therapy and alert their therapist if adjustments were needed. The main goal was to see if using the app was practical and acceptable for patients and therapists.
