New app aims to help families of preemies track health and stress

Summary
This study tests a smartphone app that helps families of premature babies track their mental and physical health after leaving the hospital. About 120 families with babies born between 28 and 34 weeks will use the app or receive standard care. The goal is to see if the app improves well-being and identifies which families need extra support.
