Summary
This study tested whether a new mobile app could be a practical tool for home-based cardiac rehabilitation. Researchers enrolled 34 adults with coronary heart disease to use the app for 12 weeks. The main goal was to see if patients found the app easy to use and were willing to stick with the remote rehab program.
