Can your phone be your personal trainer? new app aims to keep older adults stronger
NCT ID NCT07411339
Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized exercise app called Gingko Active helps improve strength, balance, and endurance better than following exercises from a standard paper booklet. Researchers will enroll 60 adults aged 45 and older, including those with well-managed high blood pressure or diabetes. Participants will be randomly assigned to use either the app or the booklet for 12 weeks to see which method is more effective for improving overall physical function.
