NCT ID NCT06631729

Summary

This fully remote study is testing two different smartphone-based approaches to help adults with binge eating disorders. Participants will use apps that either teach breathing exercises to improve heart rate patterns or guide them through body-awareness exercises when they feel disconnected from their body's signals. The goal is to see if these tools can help reduce binge eating episodes and related behaviors.
