Summary
This study tested whether a mobile app could help adults whose panic disorder does not improve with standard treatments. 45 participants used the app for eight weeks, learning skills like relaxation and changing unhelpful thoughts. The goal was to see if the app could reduce panic and anxiety symptoms.
