Phone app teaches relaxation to fight migraines
NCT ID NCT05616741
Summary
This study tested whether a daily 10-minute biofeedback session using a phone app and sensors could help prevent migraine attacks. 279 adults with episodic migraines were assigned to either use the app daily for 12 weeks or to a waitlist group that tracked headaches. Researchers compared the two groups to see if the app reduced the number of days people had migraines.
