New CAR T-Cell therapy targets Hard-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This study tests a new treatment called AZD0754 for men with metastatic prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells to find and attack cancer cells. The goal is to see if it is safe and can shrink tumors or lower PSA levels. About 60 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
